This freeway borders the southern boundary <br />of the project. <br />FIRE PROTECTION: The County of San Joaquin Bureau of Fire <br />Protection advises as follows: <br />The Santos Ranch Unit Number 5 is 3 miles, approximately 3 -minute <br />response by the Tracy Rural Fire District. Initial response will be <br />with 2 750 -GPM engines with 2 engineers and follow-up response with <br />8 volunteers. <br />The fire protection class rating is Rural Class Number 8 for the <br />Tracy Rural Fire District. <br />SEWAGE DISPOSAL: Septic systems will be used for sewage disposal. <br />The San Joaquin County Local Health District advises as follows: <br />The San Joaquin Local Health District approved the Santos Ranch <br />Subdivision, Unit Number 5 with the following conditions regarding <br />water and sewage: <br />1. Individual septic tanks with a minimum sewage disposal area of <br />12,000 square feet per lot. <br />2. Individual domestic water wells for each lot to be shown on the <br />final map. <br />SOIL CONDITIONS: A report on soil conditions is available at San <br />Joaquin ounty Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton, <br />Stockton, California. <br />WATER: The County Service Area Number 35, Public Works Department. <br />The subdivider's representative advises, in part, as follows: <br />"The water system that is being constructed to service this project <br />is a public water system.
