RESTRICTIONS: This subdivision is not subject to Restrictions. USES AND ZONING: Property located south of the subdivision is zoned Interstate Freeway 205. This freeway borders the southern boundary of the project. FIRE PROTECTION: The County of San Joaquin Bureau of Fire Protection advises as follows: The Santos Ranch Unit Number 5 is 3 miles, approximately 3 -minute response by the Tracy Rural Fire District. Initial response will be with 2 750 -GPM engines with 2 engineers and follow-up response with 8 volunteers. The fire protection class rating is Rural Class Number 8 for the Tracy Rural Fire District. SEWAGE DISPOSAL: Septic systems will be used for sewage disposal. The San Joaquin County Local Health District advises as follows: The San Joaquin Local Health District approved the Santos Ranch Subdivision, Unit Number 5 with the following conditions regarding water and sewage: 1. Individual septic tanks with a minimum sewage disposal area of 12,000 square feet per lot. 2. Individual domestic water wells for each lot to be shown on the final map. SOIL CONDITIONS: A report on soil conditions is available at San Joaquin ounty Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton, Stockton, California. WATER: The County Service Area Number 35, Public Works Department. The subdivider's representative advises, in part, as follows: "The water system that is being constructed to service this project is a public water system. The well located on Lot A will provide water for this project, as well as other residences in this area.
