All improvement plans and specifications must be <br />approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of <br />Public Works prior to approval of the Final Map. <br />If improvements referred to herein are not completed <br />prior to the approval of the Final Map, the subdivider <br />shall execute an agreement with the County of San <br />Joaquin, insuring the completion of improvements within <br />one (1) year after filing the Final Map. <br />F-11 street improvements in compliance with Section 1612 <br />of Ordinance 2634 and Ordinance 672 shall be provided <br />within the subdivision. Koster Road shall be fully <br />improved on the west side in compliance with County <br />standards. <br />The subdivider shall pay users fees for the utility ser- <br />vices from the time the improvements are accepted by the <br />County to the end of the fiscal year, or up to a one (1) <br />year period, as the case may be. <br />2. A. Storm drainage shall be provided. Lot grading and <br />storm drainage improvements shall be part of the <br />improvement plans. <br />The drainage system shall meet the requirements of <br />the County Public Works Department and provide ade- <br />quate drainage for the improvements (development). <br />The acceptance or approval by the County Public <br />
