Box 1810
Stockton, CA 95205
RE: "Carbona Estates" - Fide No. S4-85-6
ATTN: Tom Walker
Dear Tom,
In accordance with SECTION 9-9106 of DIVISION 9 of the San Joaquin County
ZONING and SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS we hereby request modification to the
conditions of approval of the above mentioned subdivision as
approved by the Planning Commission on September 19, 1985.
The approved conditions are as follows;
l.h Full street improvements along Etcheverry Drive, in accordance with
farm or estate subdivision streets per Public Works Improvement Standards,
shall be provided and constructed. Etcheverry Drive shall be dedicated
and improved to a 60-foot right-of-way. MacArthur Drive shall be improved
on the subdivision side in compliance with County standards for an
84-foot-wide right-of-way.
l.i Provide 20-foot right-of-way radius returns at Cherry Court and Fairoaks
Rocd with a set back of 30-foot from the centerline of Fairoaks Road,
with improvements.
l.j Provide secondary emergency access from Bates Court to Etcheverry Drive.
The requested modifications are as follows;
l.h This condition should be modified to reflect the same conditions imposed
on the recently approved subdivision to the south (Etcheverry Estates) .
It is our understanding that the Planning Commission will be meeting on
this same issue for the Etcheverry Subdivision on November 7, 1985.
Since both subdivisions share the same roadway and have frontage on
MacArthur it only seems reasonable that each should have the same
improvement conditions.
1.i and 1.j We are requesting that these two conditions be omitted completely.
