Locations of drain ponds, leach fields, and wells shall be <br /> shown on the improvement plans only, with a reference note <br /> to that effect on the Final Map. <br /> 2 . Local Health District : <br /> a. Individual water wells are to be installed on each lot with <br /> 100-foot grout seals under permit and inspection of the <br /> Local Health District . <br /> b. A minimum of five (5 ) percolation tests are to be performed <br /> on random lots, and two soil profile tests are to be made, <br /> one at each end of the subdivision, under permit and <br /> inspection of the Local Health District . A minimum sewage <br /> disposal area determined by the percolation tests is to be <br /> set aside for each lot on the improvement plan. <br /> 3 . Tracy Public Schools: <br /> Development must be accompanied either by execution of <br /> agreement to pay school facility impact fees or payment of a <br /> school facility bedroom tax. <br /> NOTE: Major Subdivision Application No. SU-85-6 of Paul and <br /> Helen Rinauro was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Planning Commission on November 21 , 1985 , subject to the <br /> revised conditions listed above . <br />
