Before the Board of Supervisors <br />County of San Joaquin, State of California <br />MOTION: SOUSA/WILHOIT <br />SAI <br />A. i ;,ANT <br />THIS BOARD OF SUPERVISORS does hereby approve the Negative <br />Declaration and instruct the Clerk to file a Notice of Determination <br />concerning Zone Reclassification Application No. ZR -87-10 of Rick and <br />Diane Burgess (c/o Thompson-Hysell Engineers and the San Joaquin <br />County Planning Division), to rezone two parcels totaling 28.29 acres <br />from I -PA (Interim Protected Agricultural) to Rl-U (Single -Family <br />Residential, Urban), and C-2 (Community Commercial).
