If yes, please <br /> provide disposal record. If no, has the used oil been inside the tank for longer than 180 days?/what <br /> is the start accumulation date? <br /> Item #119: The correct CAL EPA ID was updated in CERS for the Tertiary Facility.[] The EPA ID <br /> number is still incorrect. CAL000290827 is for 3307 West Ln #4. As discussed in the inspection <br /> report and during the inspection that the facility has two options: 1) Consolidate the HW permits for <br /> this location and the Municipal Utilities location. 2) Obtain a separate EPA ID number for this specific <br /> address (3307 W HWY 4, Stockton). <br /> Item #608: Oil Filters and storage 55 gallon drums removed from Clam Shell storage to Hazardous <br /> Material Storage Room.(]Please provide disposal records for removing the waste. <br /> Item #5: As for the HMBP, we are awaiting the totals from the Transformers from our Maintenance <br /> Division who are 65% completed. <br /> The motor Oil has been removed to the Hazardous Material Storage Area at the main plant.
