Item #102: We are currently waiting on the Lab to complete the quote process for the Title 22 Waste determination and are hoping to have by this week. ❑Pending RTC. What about the AC units? What was the HW determination? Item #109: All Manifests from 3/2019 to current were submitted to the DTSC via Mail on 3/15/2022.[] Corrected Item #505/601: Waste Oil Tank labeling has been updated as of 3/15/2022.[] Please provide a photo for the file. Item #601: Have you disposed of any used oil inside the tank since the inspection? If yes, please provide disposal record. If no, has the used oil been inside the tank for longer than 180 days?/what is the start accumulation date? Item #119: The correct CAL EPA ID was updated in CERS for the Tertiary Facility.[] The EPA ID number is still incorrect. CAL000290827 is for 3307 West Ln #4. As discussed in the inspection report and during the inspection that the facility has two options: 1) Consolidate the HW permits for this location and the Municipal Utilities location. 2) Obtain a separate EPA ID number for this specific address (3307 W HWY 4, Stockton). Item #608: Oil Filters and storage 55 gallon drums removed from Clam Shell storage to Hazardous Material Storage Room.(]Please provide disposal records for removing the waste. Item #5: As for the HMBP, we are awaiting the totals from the Transformers from our Maintenance Division who are 65% completed. The motor Oil has been removed to the Hazardous Material Storage Area at the main plant. Sodium Bisulfate quantities will be updated in CERS once Verified.
