Corrective Action Statement <br /> RE: Feb 8, 2022, Hazardous Waste Inspection Report <br /> Violation #102: The Hazardous Waste Determination for the 2 containers, 1 unlabeled, open 5- <br /> gallon bucket of Sodium Bisulfate and 1 full secondary containment of Sodium Hydroxide <br /> determined that they were not hazardous waste and could be re-used in our treatment process <br /> in the usual manner. Through the evaluation of SDS, discussions with Plant Operations and <br /> facility knowledge this chemical would have possible be contaminate with dust or debris from <br /> our surrounding areas or water from condensation or rain which are all currently present in our <br /> open treatment process. The containers were labeled as such and include "Intended for Reuse" <br /> and "Empty after each use". Photo of each is attached to this packet. <br /> The AC Units that were found on site belonged to CBM which is the City Building Maintenance <br /> department. They were removed on 3/24 and taken to the City of Stockton "Appliance Waste <br /> Removal Dumpster located at our Corp Yard. We have attached a copy of the confirmation <br /> email and City Works work order number to this packet. <br /> Violation #109: Submitted all requested manifests to DTSC 3/15/2022. Updated binder file for <br /> office documentation. <br /> Violation#119: Consolidated the EPA ID for the Main Plant for the Tertiary Facility. Updated in <br /> CERS. The Tertiary Facility will be out of operation within the next 24 months contingent with <br /> the construction progress on the new facility current in construction. <br /> Violation#505: Accumulation Start date updated on Waste Oil tank and Manifest number from <br /> last pumping listed. Photo is attached to this packet. <br /> Violation #601: With the EPA ID number issues with Safety Kleen and CERS it could not be <br /> determined when the tank was last pumped. Tank Pumped 2/16/2022 by Safety Kleen and the <br /> manifest copy is attached to this packet. <br /> Violation #608: Used Oil Filters were properly disposed of and will no longer be stored at the <br /> Tertiary Facility.
