Refer to Title 22 California Code of Regulations sections 66262.34 and 66265.16 for the <br /> complete regulations. <br /> — <br /> 'Title 22 California Code of Regulations§66265.16(a)(1):The owner/operator shall ensure the training program <br /> includes all the elements in this section. <br /> 2 Title 22 California Code of Regulations§66265.16(d)(3):The facility owner shall maintain,at the facility,a written <br /> description,including a syllabus and/or outline,of the type and amount of both introductory and continuing <br /> training. <br /> a Title 22 California Code of Regulations§66265.16(a)(2):The training must be directed by a person trained in <br /> hazardous waste management procedures. <br /> °Title 22 California Code of Regulations§66265.16(a):The owner shall ensure that facility personnel complete a training program <br /> through classroom,computer-based,or electronic instruction or on-the-job training. <br /> 'Title 22 California Code of Regulations§66265.16(d)(1):The job title for each position at the facility related to hazardous waste <br /> management,and the name of each employee filling each job. <br /> s Title 22 California Code of Regulations§66265.16(d)(2): A written job description for each position listed under paragraph(d)(1)of <br /> this section.This description may be consistent in its degree of specificity with descriptions for other similar positions in the same <br /> company location or bargaining unit, but shall include the requisite skill,education,or other qualifications,and duties of employees <br /> assigned to each position. <br /> 'Title 22 California Code of Regulations§66265.16(b):Training is required within 180 days of hire or assignment <br /> to a new position.
