This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years 2/8/2019-2/8/2022 for all <br /> hazardous waste including bilge water, oily water, coolant, used oil filters/fuel filters,waste fuel, oily solids. Provide <br /> these records and a corrective action statement to the EHD within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility could not provide all of the consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste <br /> transported from the site in the past three years. The missing receipts include:waste oil, bilge water, coolant, used <br /> oil filters/fuel filters. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate a copy of the receipts between 2/8/2019-2/8/2022. Maintain the records on-site <br /> for three years from the date of shipping and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD). If the receipts cannot be found, provide a statement to the EHD that future receipts will be <br /> maintained on-site for three years. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 115 CCR 66266.81(a)(4)(B)Failed to retain copy of manifest or bill of lading for spent lead acid batteries for 3 years. <br /> OBSERVATION: Bills of lading for the recycling of lead acid batteries were not found on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66266.81 Requirements <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide copies of battery core bill of lading records and a corrective action statement to <br /> the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days.
