The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for QUICKI KLEEN CAR WASH as of December 23, 2022. <br /> Open violations from October 03, 2022 inspection <br /> Violation#601 -Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days(90 days acute/extremely). <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br /> greater than 180 days : Two 10 gallon white containers of hazardous waste solids was observed in the hazardous <br /> waste storage area with an accumulation start date of 8/26/2019. No disposal records were found on site or in state <br /> records.According to Mr.Dabb, the site has not had any hazardous waste disposal in the past three years. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations.
