Here's what I have left after the discussion and documents received today. <br /> RCRA Large Quantity Generator Inspection: <br /> 1. Violations 112, 201, 202, 203, and 406- <br /> a. Add the drum rinsing process to CERS under the permit by rule. It's process 11.—This was completed in <br /> CERS under both FTU Units. <br /> b. Create a document (part of the waste analysis plan) and describe the rinsing procedure (triple water <br /> rinse). Include the brand and chemical names of the drums being rinsed. Describe the destination of the <br /> rinsate. If the rinsate is transferred to baths 2, 5 and 8 please indicate that. If the rinsate is going <br /> anywhere else, include a description.Triple rinse rinsate is not going anywhere else. <br /> 2. Violation 505-Submit photos of the corrosive resistant coated concrete secondary containment for the <br /> wastewater treatment system. Submit a statement describing the coating used on the concrete. <br /> The product used to coat MFS—WTS secondary containment area is a Liquid Rubber coating. A picture of the <br /> product and the Product data sheet is attached. <br /> Permit By Rule Treatment Inspection: <br /> Violation 112: <br /> a. Provide more detail and clarification in the waste analysis plan on the following items: MFS is revising/ <br /> modifying/clarifying the process line diagram. Once this process diagram is updated, it will be sent to <br /> SJC—EHD for review. After review and conformation, the updated process diagram will be included in <br /> the updated Waste Analysis Plan. <br /> i. Update Exhibit 2 and 3 diagrams to be consistent with the text on the "Hazardous Waste <br /> Generation" page. Include reference to all tanks. <br /> ii. For Tanks 2, 5 and 8 on the Hazardous Waste Generation page: Add the brand names and <br /> chemical names. <br /> iii. Indicate on Exhibit 2 and 3 which rinse tanks drain into the Acid Waste tank vs the Alkaline <br /> Waste tank. <br /> iv. For the rinse tanks 3,4,6,7,9,10,11: List the limits which don't allow discharge of the rinse water <br /> to the treatment system.
