The site map does not <br /> show/address the following required elements: <br /> 1. North orientation. <br /> 2. Loading areas. <br /> 3. Internal roads. <br /> 4. Storm and sewer drains. <br /> 5. Access and exit points for structures and gates. <br /> 6. Evacuation staging areas. <br /> 7. Emergency response equipment (fire extinguishers and spill control). <br /> 8. Emergency shutoffs. <br /> 9.
