All components tested passed. <br />Verified accurate vacuum zone programming (monitored volumes). <br />Verified accurate leak detector programing. <br />This site is NOT approved to operate. <br />The following items are still needed to receive approval to operate: <br />1. All outstanding up-to-date fees must be paid <br />2. Compatibility documents for the bio -diesel B20 underground storage tank system. <br />The permit was approved for gasoline 87, 91, and diesel tanks. Per signs observed at the pump and according to the CERS <br />reporting, the site has bio -diesel B20 not diesel. Provide compatibility documents for all components for the bio -diesel B20 <br />underground storage tank system. These components include (but are not limited to) leak detector, overfill prevention <br />equipment, tanks, piping, spill container, etc. <br />To minimize person to person contact the EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having <br />them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in -office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($162). To schedule an <br />appointment, please call (209) 468-3420. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
