March 14, 1977 <br /> S-76-1o; PUD 76-2 Don Cose <br /> S/E corner Grant Line Rd. and Bird Rd. , E/Tracy <br /> 53 lot residential subdivision <br /> San Joacuin Local health District conditionsi,r Proposed Subdivision <br /> 76-10; PUD 76-2 <br /> Subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Ordinance Ho'. 549, <br /> includine the following: <br /> 1. Sewage disposal areas on each lot, as determined by percolation <br /> tests, are to be shown on the final map. <br /> 2. Provided the Developer retains control of all construction for the <br /> entire Subdivision, the minimum sewage disposal area for each lot will <br /> be permitted to be located within five feet (5' ) of a property line. <br /> 3. The minimum sewage disposal area required for each lot shall be re- <br /> corded on the deed as a -restricti6n on land use. <br /> 4. It is recommended that the deed restriction on the land use aspect <br /> relative to the sewage disposal area be published in the Real Estate <br /> Commissioner's Final Report for the Subdivision. <br /> 5• Waste discharge report with Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br /> 6. Approval from P.G. & E. to install sewage disposal systems in <br /> existing Public Utility easement in gross. <br /> Subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862 <br /> including the following: <br /> 1. Domestic well sites on each lot are to meet the isolation requirements. <br /> of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549. <br /> 2. Domestic well sites on each lot are to be shown on the final map. <br /> 3. A concrete annular %seal shall be a part of the construction of each <br /> individual domestic well. <br /> Jack J.
