McHarg <br /> 4274 Grant Line Road <br /> Tracy, California 95376 <br /> Dear Mr. and Mrs. MCHarg: <br /> The County of San Soaquin has advised us this day <br /> that they intend not to give us any more final approval <br /> of housing now under construction on the Stoneridge pro- <br /> ject nor to give us final approval on the streets in the <br /> subdivision unless the drain ponds which have been filled <br /> by the owners are restored to their original condition <br /> and in conformance with the County of San Joaquin ordinance. <br /> Substantial damages will accrue to the Subdivider and <br /> Building Contractor on this project if these ponds are not <br /> restored to their original conditions immediately. <br /> In the event the County will not give us final appro- <br /> val of the housing now under construction and the final <br /> approval needed for the dedication of roadways to the <br /> County substantial amounts of interest on present construc- <br /> tion loans will accrue and in addition, the scheduled move- <br /> in dates of several families might be delayed. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> r <br />
