Violation#704- Universal Waste Handler failed to responsibly manage universal waste lamps. Approximately <br /> eight UW fluorescent lamps were observed not stored in closed containers or labeled. <br /> Correction Action: <br /> In training guide, page 15 (training guide attached) will reflect proper storage and labeling instructions when <br /> handling fluorescent lamps. <br /> To correct the violation, all lamps were properly boxed and labeled with mandatory information. <br /> Contents on-hand were added to CESGQ Inv. list and sent to our HW disposal rep.from Clean Earth. She was <br /> able to assist us by adding to waste check-in &certification statement. HW was disposed on 2/23/22 at our <br /> local San Joaquin County 7850 R. A Bridgeford ST. Stockton. (See attached certification statement page 1, <br /> highlighted in yellow). <br /> 77��§ <br /> i <br /> Violation#708—Failed to properly store and label containers of hazardous waste aerosol cans <br /> Correction Action: <br /> In training guide, page 17 (Training Guide attached)will reflect proper storage and labeling instructions when <br /> handling aerosol cans. <br /> To correct the violation, mixed totes were gone through, all caned/bottled paints were removed and separated, <br /> aerosol cans are treated as their own entity(even though the aerosol can contain paint). <br /> All aerosol cans were properly checked, all empty cans identified had spay tips popped off and tossed in metal <br /> bin and aerosol cans that still contain contents were boxed and labeled with mandatory information such as UW <br /> tag, contents indicating 'aerosol cans', accumulation date, and site address. <br /> Contents on-hand were added to CESGQ Inv. list and sent to our HW disposal rep. from Clean Earth. She was <br /> able to assist us by adding to waste check-in &certification statement. HW was disposed on 2/23/22 at our <br /> local San Joaquin County 7850 R. A Bridgeford ST. Stockton.
