ID <br /> numbers are unique to a business and site location. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Go to the DTSC web site at https://dtsc.ca.gov/apply-for-hazardous-waste-epa-id-number/ <br /> to obtain an ID number. Immediately apply for your ID number and submit evidence to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 119 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report accurate program data in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> OBSERVATION: This business's hazardous waste activities and EPA ID number have not been reported on the <br /> California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)website. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Each regulated business shall report program data electronically on the CERS <br /> website. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately report your business activities including the hazardous waste program on the <br /> CERS website, include the EPA ID number.
