AC Title 14 CCR 17863.4 - Odor Impact Minimization Plan --On October 30, 2007 EHD-received an Odor Impact <br />Minimization Plan (GIMP). However, a strong odor was noticed at time of inspection. <br />a. Provide additional'reasonable-measures-to minimize -odors including feedstock -characteristics "and quality. <br />b. Facility should follow all the procedures described in OIMP. <br />c.
