AC Title 14 CCR 17868.5 (a) - Load Checking _ Observed treated wood waste in the pile at the -- <br />wood grAing area not removed until pointed by LEA. Facility personnel were not screening <br />for hazardous wastes in waste loads/piles. <br />a. Provide additional training to raise level of screening and handling of designated/ hazardous wastes. <br />b. Need to more thoroughly check for and remove all designated/hazardous wastes in waste piles. <br />Notes: <br />A. Article 7 Test results were provided for month of October and were in compliance with SMS. <br />B. The temperatures of compost windrows were from 1,32, F to 140 F,,.above the pathogen reduction <br />temperature of 131 F. <br />C. Reviewed turning and temperature records.
