AC Title 14 CCR 17407.2 - Cleaning - Observed dirty conditions on the ground at the recycling area. <br />a. Provide more adequate cleaning. <br />2. AC Title 14 CCR 17407.5 - Hazardous Waste - Observed waste oil on the top of 55 gal drum at the Used Oil <br />Recycling Area. One container was uncapped, <br />a. Remove oil from the top of 55 gal drum. Keep all containers capped and clean. <br />_ b._Provide_additional training-to-raise,level-of .handling,and storing of_hazar_dous wastes. <br />3. AC Title"14 CCR 17407.4 =-Dust Control ­—Dusty --conditions observed at the outside area adjacent to the transfer <br />building.. Fire hose application_was not_being used to suppress plumes of dust generated by loader. <br />a:, Provide adequate dusteon'trol.-� — <br />_ b. Recommend starting.fire hose-application/water truck before truck dumps load -rather than after load <br />is dumped (to keep plumes of dust down more effectively). <br />Notes: <br />-A. The new recycling line was in operation at time of inspection. <br />B. Records maintained and up to date. <br />C. Previous AC's cleared. <br />
