Title 14 CCR 17407.4 - Dust Control - Dusty conditions observed inside the Transfer Station. Misters were not <br />providing enough mist. <br />a. Provide adequate dust control. <br />b. Provide mist nozzles that will emit finer mists to promote better dust control. <br />2. Title 14 CCR 17409.5 - Load Checking - Observed propane cylinder in waste pile. Facility personnel were not <br />screening for hazardous wastes in waste loads/piles. <br />a. Provide additional training to raise level of screening and loading of hazardous wastes. <br />b. Need to more thoroughly check for and remove all designated/hazardous wastes in waste piles. <br />3. Title 14 CCR 17410.4 - Vector Control - All bait stations were covered with dust and cleaning equipment. <br />a. Provide adequate rodent control. <br />b. Increase the frequency of monitoring and maintaining of rodent bait traps to ensure they are fully functioning. <br />Maintain records. <br />Notes: <br />A.
