sites, voluntary cleanup sites, school cleanup sites, corrective action sites, and <br />permitted hazardous waste facilities. <br />Live Oak searched both databases on January 22, 2022 for any listed sites within <br />one-quarter mile of the Site. The subject Site was not listed on either database, <br />and no listed facilities were identified within one-quarter mile. <br />7.2 Environmental Health Department_ Databases <br />Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's <br />Cleanup, Hazardous Materials, Hazardous Waste Generators, Underground <br />Storage Tanks, Aboveground Storage Tanks, and Complaints databases, dated <br />April 2021, for facilities of concern within one-quarter mile of the Site. The Site <br />address was not included on the databases. One listed facility was identified <br />within the search radius; the Eugene Schenone property, located at 12441/12505 <br />East Copperopolis (approximately one-quarter mile southeast of the Site) was <br />included on the Hazardous Materials and Aboveground Storage Tanks lists. <br />Based on the nature of these listings and the distance to the Site, this facility is <br />not anticipated to have impacted the Site. <br />Live Oak searched the San Joaquin County Haz Mat Viewer on January 22, <br />2022 for the Site and nearby facilities with hazardous materials inventories. The <br />Site was not labeled as a hazardous materials handler. One facility was <br />identified within one-quarter mile; the Eugene Schenone property, located at <br />12441/12505 East Copperopolis, was listed as a hazardous materials handler; no <br />chemical inventory was provided. <br />Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's <br />maps of Nitrate - Land Use Data and DBCP - Land Use Data dated February 20, <br />2019. According to the nitrate map (Plate 5), 16 wells within a one -mile radius of <br />the subject Site have been tested; nitrate was detected in nine of the wells at <br />concentrations between 0.1 and 5.0 mg/L-N, in five of the wells at <br />concentrations between 5.1 and 10.0 mg/L-N, and in one well at a concentration <br />over 10 mg/L-N; no nitrate was detected in the final well. Eight wells within a <br />one -mile radius of the Site were tested for DBCP (Plate 6); DBCP was not <br />detected in any of the wells. The Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) set by the <br />US EPA for nitrate is 10 mg/L-N; the MCL for DBCP is 0.2 ug/L. <br />7.3 Agricultural Commissioner's Records <br />Live Oak contacted the San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office <br />regarding agricultural use of the site. As of the date of this report, no records <br />have been provided by that agency; it is unlikely that records will exist since the <br />property does not appear to have been farmed. Should pertinent records be <br />provided, Live Oak will prepare an addendum to this report to discuss the <br />findings. <br />LOGE 2207 5 <br />
