The <br />purpose of this letter to provide a response to San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />letter dated March 12, 2010, regarding noise and odor. <br />Please find enclosed a copy of the revised Odor Impact Minimization Plan and Supplemental Noise <br />Study for an advanced review by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department to <br />determine whether these studies fulfill the intent of their comments. <br />A Hard copy will be mailed out tomorrow. <br />7/22/2010 <br />
