I agree with you that CEQA is necessary for a permit revision and you are right that CEQA comes before <br />permitting. I would add that CEQA needs to be a thorough review of all the changes and in this case I do not feel <br />that has been achived. If you want to meet then fine, but be prepared to roll you sleves up and do some work. In <br />the past meeting more was said then done. Let me know if you have any other questions.
