Page 2 of 2 <br />Robert: <br />Kevin Taylor of CalRecycle and I meet last Friday in Sacramento to discuss Tracy MRF Expansion CEQA <br />issues, and were planning a site visit on June 2, 2011 in the afternnon. <br />Since the Planning Commission meeting has been punted, let's take the time to discuss the key issues in <br />the field with CalRecycle staff as well on June 2. <br />Months after the CEQA document has been certified, we would apply for a SWFP Revision with a <br />complete and correct application package with all of the operational details needed to comply with Title <br />14, where we would requires a pre -application meeting with the LEA to ensure that we prepare a <br />"complete and correct" application. <br />Evan <br />E+Clgur <br />Evan W.R.
