I understand that this is a 20 year plan, but issues that may arise from a 20 year <br />plan need to be adequately evaluated prior to approval. This on again off again project seems to have just <br />slipped through. 1 agree with you that CEQA is necessary for a permit revision and you are right that CEQA <br />comes before permitting. I would add that CEQA needs to be a thorough review of all the changes and in <br />this case I do not feel that has been achived. If you want to meet then fine, but be prepared to roll you <br />sleves up and do some work. In the past meeting more was said then done. Let me know if you have any <br />other questions.
