C7 <br />Overview <br />GIMP 3 <br />The Tracy Material Recovery and Transfer Station (MRF) located at 30703 So. <br />MacArthur Drive, Tracy, California, was opened in 1995 as a multifaceted facility <br />designed to: <br />1. Receive, process and transfer solid waste to appropriate landfill <br />2. Recover and/or process recyclables both from the waste stream and from source <br />separated origins <br />3. Compost vegetal materials from the Tracy Curbside Yard & Garden program and <br />self -haul suppliers (i.e. home owners, landscapers, City public works, etc.) <br />4. Process wood products from bulk state to usable wood chips for ground cover <br />and biomass use. <br />The facility is fully licensed with the California Integrated Waste Management Board and <br />operates in full compliance with the conditions specified in its permits. <br />In order to be compliant with Title 14 CCR, Division 7, Chapter 3. 1, Article 3, <br />Section 17863.4, Odor Impact Minimization Plan, the MRF has prepared, implemented <br />and is maintaining the following site-specific odor impact minimization plan. <br />A copy of this plan has been filed with the Local Enforcement Agency (LEA). <br />
