Key Note 5 on C3.0 was revised to callout a 60” diameter seepage pit instead of 36” diameter. <br />According to the San Joaquin County Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems Standards, 60” <br />seepage pits are equivalent to 84’ of leach line. This would mean our total feet of leach line is (12 <br />pits x 84 feet/pit) + (6 leach lines x 40 feet/leach line) = 1,248 feet of leach line. <br /> <br />2. C3.0 was revised to show three(3) 1,900 gallon tanks. <br /> <br />3. C3.0 was revised to show the 4” pipe in between the seepage pits as solid instead of perforated.
