WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS <br />SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY SERVICE AREA 31 <br />AMADOR CORPORATION <br />CALIFORNIA STOP WASTEWATER FACILITY <br />SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br />-3- <br />IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that San Joaquin County Service Area 31 and Amador <br />Corporation, its agents, successors and assigns, in order to meet the provisions <br />contained in Division 7 of the California Water Code and regulations adopted <br />thereunder, and the provisions of the Clean Water Act and regulations and <br />guidelines adopted thereunder, shall comply with the following: <br />A. Discharge Prohibitions: <br />1. Discharge of treated wastewater at a location or in a manner different <br />from that described in Finding Nos. 2 and 3 is prohibited. <br />2. The by-pass or overflow of wastes to surface waters is prohibited, <br />except as allowed by Standard Provision A.13. <br />B. Effluent Limitations: <br />1.
