MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO.
SAN JOAQUIN SERVICE AREA 31
AMADOR CORPORATION
CALIFORNIA STOP WASTEWATER FACILITY
SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY
-2-
If the discharge is intermittent rather than continuous, then on the first day
of each such intermittent discharge, the Discharger shall monitor and record data
for all of the constituents listed above, after which the frequencies of analysis
given in the schedule shall apply for the duration of each such intermittent
discharge. In no event shall the Discharger be required to monitor and record
data more often than twice the frequencies listed in the schedule.
Sampling
Constituents Units
Type of Sample
Frequency
Temperature OF
Grab
Weekly
Ammonial•Z mg/l
Grab
Weekly
Total Dissolved mg/l
Grab
Monthly
Solids
Electrical Conductivity µmhos/cm
Grab
Monthly
@25C
Biotoxicity3,4 5
Grab6
Quarterly
Standard Minerals mg/l
Grab
Annually
Flow mgd
Meter
Continuous
1 Concurrent with biotoxicity monitoring.
2 Report as both Total and Un -ionized
ammonia.
3 Test species shall include Pimephales
promelas, Ceriodaphnia
dubia, and
Selanastrum capricornutum.
4 Reference toxicants for chronic
toxicity testing are required.
5 Reporting units shall be as outlined
in EPA/600/4-89/001.
6 The dilution series shall be 100%, 30%, 10%, 1%, and 0%
(the control).
7 Standard minerals shall include
all major cations and anions
and include
a verification that the analysis
is complete (i.e., cation/anion balance).
If the discharge is intermittent rather than continuous, then on the first day
of each such intermittent discharge, the Discharger shall monitor and record data
for all of the constituents listed above, after which the frequencies of analysis
given in the schedule shall apply for the duration of each such intermittent
discharge.
