If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior to the <br /> approval of the Final Map, the subdivide shall exe .ute an agreement <br /> with the County of San Joaquin insuring the completion of improve- <br /> ments within one (1) year after fil2.ng the Final Map. <br /> C. Full street improvements in compliance with Section 9-1612 of <br /> Ordinance 2634 and with Ordinance 672 shall be provided within the <br /> subdivision. DeBroggi Road shall be fu ly improved on the sub- <br /> divided side in compliance with County andards. Curbs, gutters <br /> and sidewalks shall be provided throughout the subdivision. <br /> D. The subdivider shall agree to and shall , ay users fees for the <br /> utility services from the time the improvements are accepted by <br /> the County to the end of the Fiscal y ar, or up to a one (1) year <br /> period, as the case may be. <br />
