BEFORE THE BCA RD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN A4�i7At, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA JtF g 1981 <br /> R-81- i35a/ SAN JOAQUIN LOCAL <br /> HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> RESOLUTION CONDITIONALLY APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP NO, S-81-11 OF <br /> STOCKTON LP-25 (C/O GLANTZ-DIEMLER-DORMAN) , FOR A 25 LOT COMMERCIAL <br /> SUBDIVISION, ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF STATE ROUTE 12 AND INTERSTATE <br /> 5, WEST OF LODI, COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN <br /> WHEREAS, on July 16, 1981, the Planning Commission of the <br /> County of San Joaquin, by Resolution PC-82-6, did conditionally <br /> approve Subdivision Map No. S-81-11 of STOCKTON LP-25 (c/o Glantz- <br /> Diemler-Dorman) , for a 25 lot commercial subdivision, on the southeast <br /> corner of State Route 12 and Interstate 5, west of Lodi, County of <br /> San Joaquin, State of California, and <br /> WHEREAS, on August 4, 1981, this Board of Supervisors did <br /> set the date of September 3, 1981, at the hour of 1 :45 p.m. for a <br /> public hearing on said matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, on this date this Board of Supervisors did conduct <br /> a public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing was given <br /> in accordance with law, and oral or documentary evidence having <br /> been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this Board <br /> of Supervisors being advised on the premises; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that Subdivision Map No. S-81-11 of STOCKTON LP-25 be, and it <br /> hereby is, conditionally approved as follows : <br /> 1. a) All improvements shall conform with the <br /> Improvement Standards and Specifications <br /> of the County of San Joaquin. All improve- <br /> ment plans and specifications must be approved <br /> by the San Joaquin County Department of Public <br /> Works prior to approval of the Final Map. <br /> b) If improvements referred to herein are not <br /> completed prior to the approval of the Final <br /> Map, the subdivider shall execute an agreement <br /> with the County of San Joaquin insuring the <br /> completion of improvements within one (1) year <br /> after filing the Final Map. <br /> K .TFr, 1. 4 NDE, <br /> (jerk 0i the —.ra m>uparvis)rs <br /> CINDY DIMM <br />
