BEFORE THE BCA RD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN A4�i7At, STATE OF CALIFORNIA JtF g 1981 R-81- i35a/ SAN JOAQUIN LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT RESOLUTION CONDITIONALLY APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP NO, S-81-11 OF STOCKTON LP-25 (C/O GLANTZ-DIEMLER-DORMAN) , FOR A 25 LOT COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION, ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF STATE ROUTE 12 AND INTERSTATE 5, WEST OF LODI, COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN WHEREAS, on July 16, 1981, the Planning Commission of the County of San Joaquin, by Resolution PC-82-6, did conditionally approve Subdivision Map No. S-81-11 of STOCKTON LP-25 (c/o Glantz- Diemler-Dorman) , for a 25 lot commercial subdivision, on the southeast corner of State Route 12 and Interstate 5, west of Lodi, County of San Joaquin, State of California, and WHEREAS, on August 4, 1981, this Board of Supervisors did set the date of September 3, 1981, at the hour of 1 :45 p.m. for a public hearing on said matter; and WHEREAS, on this date this Board of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and oral or documentary evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that Subdivision Map No. S-81-11 of STOCKTON LP-25 be, and it hereby is, conditionally approved as follows : 1. a) All improvements shall conform with the Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. All improve- ment plans and specifications must be approved by the San Joaquin County Department of Public Works prior to approval of the Final Map. b) If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior to the approval of the Final Map, the subdivider shall execute an agreement with the County of San Joaquin insuring the completion of improvements within one (1) year after filing the Final Map.
