<br /> Observed duct tape around one ice cream freezer display door. Per store director the outer screen had shattered but the
<br /> inner one was still intact.They have already ordered a replacement. Replace door within 2 weeks.
<br /> Observed ice accumulation on bakery walk-in freezer fans. Clean within 2 weeks and repair as necessary.
