Olive Ave Stockton , CA 95215 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department ( EHD ) has completed the review of the <br /> application for a 1 hour plan check service request to do the following on the underground storage tank <br /> ( UST) system at the above noted address : <br /> • Replacing the 91 leak detector <br /> The plan check service request has been approved with the following conditions : <br /> 1 . Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> any applicable permits and requirements . <br /> 2 . Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work . All new addenda supersede the previous ones . <br /> 3 . Provide written notification to ust( siaov . orq to arrange the following repairs and testing (a 48- <br /> hour notice is required ) . <br /> a . Leak detector test : Leak detector must be tested to confirm that the device can detect a <br /> leak of 3 gallons per hour at 10 psi . <br /> 4 . Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br /> qualifications : <br /> a . Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible valid , <br /> current contractor' s licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board ( may be <br /> issued to the installation company) , or a Tank Tester' s license issued to the individual <br /> by the State Water Board <br /> b . Possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically <br /> present at the work site who possesses a valid , current California UST Service <br /> Technician certificate issued by the International Code Council ( ICC) <br /> c . Possesses a valid , current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s ) of the <br /> component (s) being tested , repaired , or serviced <br /> 5 . The tank owner or operator shall log into the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS ) at http : //cers . calepa . ca . gov/ and update the monitoring plan for the 91 tank . <br /> 1868 E .
