On October 11, 2002, an Inspection Warrant was issued for the property to conduct a sit <br />4 <br />5 investigation with the California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB). Burn as] <br />6 waste was found on the property. The ash was sampled. The sample results indicate that the as] <br />7 exceeded Title 22 (CCR) standards for Arsenic and Lead. <br />s <br />9. On December 12, 2002, Robert McClellon an employee of the Environmental Healf <br />9 <br />10 Department conducted a routine inspection of the site. The site was issued an area of concern fo <br />11 Title 27 CCR Section 20530, for the lack of a fence on the south property boundary. <br />12 10. On July 14, 2003, Ted Tasiopoulos an employee of the Environmental Healt] <br />13 <br />Department conducted a routine inspection. The site was issued a violation for Title 27 CCI <br />14 <br />15 Section 20530 — Site Security. <br />16 11. On November 20, 2004, a meeting was held with Marshall and Susan Reis, thi <br />17 California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB), Closed, Illegal, or Abandon (site <br />18 <br />Section staff and their legal counsel and the Environmental Health Department staff to discus <br />19 <br />20 the findings of the investigation conducted in October 2002. The CIWMB staff recommender <br />21 that the site be re-mediated prior to any change in land use. The Environmental Healtl <br />22 Department staff stated that the site does not meet State Minimum Standards for Site Securit. <br />23 <br />(T27CCR Section 20530), Grading of Fill Surfaces (T27CCR Section 20650), and Erosioi <br />24 <br />Control (T27CCR Section 20820). <br />25 <br />26 12. On May 6, 2004 Robert McClellon an employee of the Environmental Heald <br />27 Department received a phone call from Marshal Reis.
