Santa Fe Road, <br />17 <br />Riverbank, California (APN249-060-12); and <br />18 - <br />WHEREAS the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department has authority to ac <br />19 <br />as the Local Enforcement Agency (LEA) for this illegal solid waste disposal site pursuant to Public <br />20 <br />Resources Code, section 45000, and 45011; and <br />21 <br />22 WHEREAS this disposal site is a threat to human health and safety and the environmen <br />23 from fire potential, vectors, and physical hazards from exposed solid/hazardous wastes in violatioi <br />24 of Title 27 California Code of Regulations, section 20680(d) - Cover, section 20810 - Vecto <br />25 Control, and section 20870 - Hazardous Wastes; and <br />26 WHEREAS the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department has the authorit; <br />27 pursuant to Public Resources Code, sections 45000, 45005 and 45011 to order the property owner b <br />cease and desist any improper action, and to take corrective action to correct the aforementione, <br />-1- <br />
