The following described real property in the County of San Joaquin, State of California,

<br />strip conveyed to the County of San Joaquin for road purposes in deed recorded November

<br />All that portion of the South 1/2 of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of
<br />Section 23, Township 2 South, Range 9 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, Iying,East of
<br />the right of way of the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad Company, containing 16.45
<br />acres, more or less.
<br />EXCEPT= THEREFROM the East 30 feet in County Road as conveyed by deed recorded in Book

<br />parallel with said Section lime 1320 feet to a stake; thence West parallel with a quarter
<br />section line 139 feet to the Santa Fe Railroad right of way fence; thence Northwest along
<br />said right of way fence to the quarter quarter line; thence East along said quarter
<br />quarter line 728.1 feet to the point of beginning, and containing 26.6 acres, more or
<br />less.
