On October 11, 2002, an Inspection Warrant was issued for the property to conduct a s: <br />investigation with the California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB). Burn a <br />waste was found on the property. The ash was sampled. The sample results indicate that the a <br />exceeded Title 22 (CCR) standards for Arsenic and Lead. <br />9. On December 12, 2002, Robert McClellon an employee of the Environmental Hey <br />Department conducted a routine inspection of the site. The site was issued an area of concern <br />Title 27 CCR Section 20530, for the lack of a fence on the south property boundary. <br />10. On July 14, 2003, Ted Tasiopoulos an employee of the Environmental He, <br />Department conducted a routine inspection. The site was issued a violation for Title 27 C <br />I Section 20530 — Site Security. <br />11. On November 20, 2004, a meeting was held with Marshall and Susan Reis, the <br />California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB), Closed, Illegal, or Abandon (site <br />Section staff and their legal counsel and the Environmental Health Department staff to discus. <br />the findings of the investigation conducted in October 2002. The CIWMB staff recommender <br />that the site be re -mediated prior to any change in land use. The Environmental Healtl <br />Department staff stated that the site does not meet State Minimum Standards for Site Security <br />(T27CCR Section 20530), Grading of Fill Surfaces (T27CCR Section 20650), and Erosion <br />Control (T27CCR Section 20820). <br />12.
