<br />OBSERVATIONS: Single-use paper towels were lacking at the hand wash station. Observed the facility had two hand
<br />towels for drying hands. Soap was available but not in a wall-mounted dispenser. Provide paper towels in a single-use paper
<br />towel dispenser and dispenser pump-style hand soap and maintain stocked at all times. Correct today.
