Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> On-site for complaint investigation. Discussed complaint with manager and was granted access for inspection of the facility. <br /> Inspected all food prep, storage, and service areas.Also inspected walls and underneath the equipment and appliances. No <br /> live cockroaches were observed. Manager reported that the last pest control service was done 09-07-2022.Verified a copy of <br /> the invoice for pest services from All Seasons Pest Control.
