Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: 2 D True reach in cooler is turned off due to electric breaker issue. Cooling unit and food items held on it <br />have temp at 74F. Provide 41F or below today. Person in charge discarded voluntarily all the food items and turned on the <br />cooling unit.
