Inspection Report Comments: <br /> Notes: <br /> 23023 S. Santa Fe Rd., Escalon. Owner- Peter Palomino: <br /> a.Work plan dated 12/17/04 calls for buried wastes to be consolidated, covered, graded and constructing an engineered <br /> cap over the consolidated debris to meet State Minimum Standards of Cover. The property owner is in the process of <br /> preparing plan for an appropriate cover over the approximately 2 acres on the northern tip of the property. <br /> b.Work plan indicates that appropriate permits shall be obtained prior to any installation of new water supply wells. <br /> c. Previous AC cleared. <br /> 32021 S. Santa Fe Rd., Escalon. Owner-Peter Palomino: <br /> a. On July 16, 2010 the Environmental Health Department(EHD)received the revised addendum to the workplan for site <br /> mitigation which include excavating debris from certain areas of this parcel for off-site disposal, and providing adequate <br /> drainage/erosion control, removing any impacted surface soil. Owner obtained grading permit. <br /> b. Operator should maintain the vegetation at a minimum so that site cover inspection could easily be conducted and to <br /> prevent surface fires from taking place which could cause a threat to public health and safety and the environment. <br />
