Alaniz, John [EHD]
From: Albelda, Burke (Burke) < Burke.Albelda@7-1 1.com >
Sent: Friday, June 3, 2022 3:38 PM
To: Alaniz, John [EHD]
Subject: FW: UST Report 4405 Pacific Ave PR0508452
Attachments: PR0508452-4405 Pacific Ave -Co mpliance-6-2-2022- Report. pdf; 41341 -Dispenser 12
Remove Liquid-06.30.2021.pdf, 41341 SanJoaquin EHD 6-2-2022-RTC.pdf
CAUTION: This email is originated from outside of the organization. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the
sender and know the content is safe.
Item #101- The facility permit was paid late. The late payment of this permit was discussed with Accounts Payable in
order to prevent it from reoccurring.
Item 203 - The removal of liquid in UDC 1/ 2 was documented in the July 23, 2021 report. A work order is not required
for removal of liquid from UDCs. Regardless, we have an internal WO which was posted electronically in the back office
eFile, which inspectors from San Joaquin EHD have access to. This is not a repeat violation as there was no liquid noted
in UDC 1/2 in August 2021 DO inspection report. Lastly, the regulation CCR 2712, states that "These records shall be
made available, upon request within 36 hours.... This response for non -required records would also meet that
requirement therefore, #203 should be rescinded, please.
Burke Albelda
Retail Environmental Compliance
(310) 869-4096 Cell I Email: Burke.Albelda@7-11.com
TEL EVE n n
From: Alaniz, John [EHD] <jalanizl@sjgov.org>
Sent: Thursday, June 2, 2022 11:14 AM
To: Kelly, Brian E <Brian.Kelly@7-11.com>; Albelda, Burke (Burke) <Burke.Albelda@7-11.com>
Subject: UST Report 4405 Pacific Ave PR0508452
Hi Brian and Burke,
Attached is the underground storage tank (UST) report and return to compliance.
