Work plan dated 12/17/04 calls for buried wastes to be consolidated, covered, graded and constructing an engineered
cap over the consolidated debris to meet State Minimum Standards of Cover. The property owner is in the process of
preparing plan for an appropriate cover over the approximately 2 acres on the northern tip of the property.
b. Work plan indicates that appropriate permits shall be obtained prior to any installation of new water supply wells.
c. Previous AC cleared.
32021 S. Santa Fe Rd., Escalon. Owner - Peter Palomino:
a. On July 16, 2010 the Environmental Health Department (EHD) received the revised addendum to the workplan for site
mitigation which include excavating debris from certain areas of this parcel for off-site disposal, and providing adequate
drainage/erosion control, removing any impacted surface soil. Owner obtained grading permit.
b. Operator should maintain the vegetation at a minimum so that site cover inspection could easily be conducted and to
prevent surface fires from taking place which could cause a threat to public health and safety and the environment.
