GWP -L3 Managed irrigation CONDITION - GWP -L3 - LEACHING GROUND WATER PROTECTION AREAS. MANAGED IRRIGATION. For six (6) months after the application of pesticides listed in 3CCR section 6800(a), the permittee shall manage irrigation so that the ratio of the amount of irrigation water applied divided by the net irrigation requirement is 1.33 or less. BAND TREATMENT. 3CCR section 6800(a) pesticides shall be applied as a band treatment immediately adjacent to the crop row so that not more than thirty-three (33) percent of the distance between rows is treated.
