Owners and developers of <br /> the subject project agreed to bring forth data relative to those <br /> issues at the next hearing and accordingly we would appreciate the <br /> following information in document form. <br /> 1. With respect to the existing Santos Ranch subdivision <br /> has the Health Department received at any time a <br /> complaint from any residence relative to failure of <br /> existing septic systems failure or contamination of <br /> any water wells? <br /> 2. With respect to the existing Carrier Estates public <br /> water wells and Lammersville School water well has <br /> the Health Department received or discovered any <br /> contamination or failure? If so could you state <br /> the nature and solution to the problems. <br />
