The project consists of the <br /> construction of a 12,360 square foot single story metal-frame building to house a training <br /> facility for truck mechanics and truck collision body repair technicians at the Delta Truck <br /> Center(Project). The Project is located at 100 East Transportation Court in French Camp, <br /> CA (APN 193-270-22). <br /> The District offers the following comments: <br /> 1) Proiact R®lated Emissions <br /> At the federal level under the National Ambient Air Quality Stantlartls (NAAQS), the <br /> District is designated as extreme non attainment for the 8-hour ozone standards and <br /> serious nonattainment for the particulate matter less than 2.5 microns in size (PM2.5) <br /> standards.
