(DISTRICT 5). <br /> APPLICANT: Kirk Alan Green APN: 207-230-02 <br /> INFORMATION.- <br /> The <br /> NFORMATION:The site is (not currently) located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> Edwards Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 50 feet. Henry Road has an existing right-of-way width of 45 feet and a planned right-of-way width <br /> of 50 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed.
