The missing receipts include: <br /> -04/11/2019:400 gallons of used oil <br /> -09/18/2019: 300 pounds of unspecified oil-containing waste <br /> -09/19/2019: 150 gallons of used oil <br /> -11/09/2020: 560 gallons of used oil <br /> -06/17/2021: 300 gallons of used oil <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate a copy of the receipts listed above. Maintain the records on-site for three years <br /> from the date of shipping and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD). <br /> If the receipts cannot be found, provide a statement to the EHD that future receipts will be maintained on-site for <br /> three years. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 119 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report accurate program data in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> OBSERVATION: This business's California EPA identification number not been reported on the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS)website. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Each regulated business shall report program data electronically on the CERS <br /> website. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: This violation was corrected at the time of the inspection. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 505 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label stationary hazardous waste tanks. <br /> OBSERVATION: The hazardous waste tank storing used oil does not have complete labeling. The label was <br /> missing the words"Hazardous Waste". <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste tanks shall be marked with the words"Hazardous Waste"and the <br /> accumulation start date. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: This violation was corrected at the time of the inspection. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
