OBSERVATION: The facility failed to promptly correct visible discharges of oil from the following areas: -Approximately one inch of dark liquid was observed in the secondary containment for a 55 gallon drum of motor oil and 55 gallon drum of hydraulic oil -Approximately one inch of dark liquid was observed in the secondary containment for a 55 gallon drum of heat transfer oil -An oil spill was observed surrounding the boiler heater REGULATION GUIDANCE: (c)(10) Promptly correct visible discharges which result in a loss of oil from the container, including but not limited to seams, gaskets, piping, pumps, valves, rivets, and bolts.You must promptly remove any accumulations of oil in diked areas. CORRECTIVE ACTION: This was corrected on site. No further action required. This is a Class II violation. Overall Inspection Comments: To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having them sign.
